Audit and assurance services are the core product of K+W. Except for the smallest companies an audit is statutory in Norway. Other companies can voluntary have their financial reports audited. Our audit and assurance services comprise:

• Audits of historical financial information
• Audits of single financial statements and specific elements, accounts or items of a financial statement
• Review of financial statements and information
• Agreed-upon procedures regarding financial information
• Engagements to compile financial information
• Other assurance engagements according to Norwegian company legislation

All audit and assurance services are performed according to International Standards on Auditing, Review and Other Assurance and Related Services.
